Initiate Your Request
Log into your DataBlitz account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and documentation that were included with the product.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technical team inspects the returned item, we will process your full refund or ship out a replacement within 3 to 5 business days.
